You will need to navigate to one of the following directories:. wait till you see the webpage refresh (should take 0-8 seconds). in the “Backup/Restore” section on the “Restore Backup File” line, press the “Browse” button and open that “ist” file that you saved on your desktop earlier. you should be viewing a webpage entitled “MyTime ?™ Webserver”. on your PC open a web browser following the onscreen instructions of MyTime ?™. on the iPhone, start MyTime ?™ and go to More->Settings->Start MyTime ?™ Webserver. press “Save File” and save the file to your desktop. then select the “ist” file in the third column (if you are using MyTime ?™ > 3.1.0 you are interested in getting the “MyTime ?™.sqlite” file). then select “MyTime ?™” from the middle list.
